Agree a written quotation after assessment and before work begins.

Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

What's Included

Assessing the leather type and visible condition
Agreeing a suitable cleaning method in a written quote
Cleaning accessible leather surfaces within the approved scope
The work or assessment scope and any materials are agreed in a written quote before proceeding.

What's Not Included

Recolouring, crack repairs or re-covering
Guaranteed removal of stains or reversal of existing damage
Work, equipment or materials not expressly listed in the approved quote.
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
