Founded by an overseas Pakistani investor, built for Lahore homes.
FIXD began with a simple expectation: a booked tradesperson should turn up as agreed, explain the price before starting and stand behind the work. That kind of reliability should be just as accessible to a family in Lahore as it is abroad.
Our founder invested in building a service around that expectation. The focus is on the things that make a difference: capable technicians, proper tools and materials, and systems to schedule, track and follow up on each job.

Premium isn't about a bigger bill. It's the details that make a job stress-free, from your first message to the final clean-up. These are the standards we aim to deliver.
Vetted, skilled technicians
Our standard is identity checks, trade assessment and references. You can see who is assigned to your booking before the visit.
Respect for your time
Choose an hourly booking slot. If arrangements need to change, we work with you to agree the next step.
Clear prices and scope
Fixed prices cover the listed scope. Starting-price work requires an agreed written quote before it begins. Extras and materials need written approval before they are undertaken or supplied; the final invoice stays with your booking.
Proper tools and materials
We aim for repairs that last, with the right equipment for the task and receipts for parts purchased for your job.
Clean, respectful work
Care for your home matters as much as the repair. Our standard is a protected work area and a tidy finish.

Our quality guarantee
If it isn't right, talk to us.
Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades. If the same fault caused by the agreed work returns within that period, contact FIXD with your booking reference for a return at no labour charge, subject to our terms and exclusions. Parts carry the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty.

See the technician assigned to your job in your account. Agree any additional work before it goes ahead, and keep the job's photos and receipts together.
After
Review the completed work and final invoice in your account, record payment and leave an optional review. For any concern, FIXD is only a message or call away.
