Agree a written quotation after assessment and before work begins.

Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

What's Included

Assessing curtain fabric, size and access
Agreeing the cleaning method and any removal needs in a quote
Cleaning the curtains within the approved scope
The work or assessment scope and any materials are agreed in a written quote before proceeding.

What's Not Included

Removal or rehanging unless listed in the quote
Curtain repairs, alterations or guaranteed stain removal
Work, equipment or materials not expressly listed in the approved quote.
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
