Fixed price per listed unit and scope — choose a quantity when booking.

Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

What's Included

Assessing the carpet material and booked floor area
Cleaning accessible carpet within the agreed measured area
Treating visible soiling using a suitable method
Booking scope: per sq ft.

What's Not Included

Unbooked carpet areas or other furnishings
Carpet repairs, refitting or guaranteed stain removal
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
