Agree a written quotation after assessment and before work begins.
Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
What's Included
- Assessing the selected wall and existing surface
- Agreeing colour, finish and preparation in a written quote
- Preparing and painting the agreed accent wall
- The work or assessment scope and any materials are agreed in a written quote before proceeding.
What's Not Included
- Painting other walls or decorative finishes not quoted
- Damp treatment, structural repairs or wall reconstruction
- Work, equipment or materials not expressly listed in the approved quote.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
