Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
What's Included
- Assessing the house areas requested for painting
- Agreeing surfaces, preparation and finishes in an itemised quote
- Preparing and painting the approved areas
- The work or assessment scope and any materials are agreed in a written quote before proceeding.
What's Not Included
- Areas and finishes outside the approved quote
- Structural repairs or damp treatment unless separately quoted
- Work, equipment or materials not expressly listed in the approved quote.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
