Agree a written quotation after assessment and before work begins.
Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
What's Included
- Assessing the room surfaces and preparation needs
- Agreeing painted areas, coats and finish in a written quote
- Preparing and painting the room within the approved scope
- The work or assessment scope and any materials are agreed in a written quote before proceeding.
What's Not Included
- Ceilings, doors or trims not listed in the quote
- Damp treatment or structural repairs
- Work, equipment or materials not expressly listed in the approved quote.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
