Agree a written quotation after assessment and before work begins.
Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
What's Included
- Discussing where and when water pressure is low
- Assessing accessible outlets, valves and supply connections
- Explaining findings and quoting corrective work
- The work or assessment scope and any materials are agreed in a written quote before proceeding.
What's Not Included
- Installing a pump or replacing pipework unless quoted
- Repairing unrelated leaks or cleaning the tank
- Work, equipment or materials not expressly listed in the approved quote.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
