Agree a written quotation after assessment and before work begins.
Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
What's Included
- Assessing the basin position and existing water and waste points
- Agreeing the fitting and connection work in a written quote
- Installing and checking the washbasin within the approved scope
- The work or assessment scope and any materials are agreed in a written quote before proceeding.
What's Not Included
- Supplying the basin or materials unless listed in the quote
- Cabinet, tile or concealed plumbing work outside the quote
- Work, equipment or materials not expressly listed in the approved quote.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
