Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

Checking the shower and existing connection points
Fitting and connecting the bath shower within the approved scope
Checking flow, controls and visible leakage
Booking scope: varies after inspection.

What's Not Included

Supplying the shower or replacement fittings
Moving water pipes or repairing tiles and walls
Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
