Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

- Fitting the handle valve within the approved scope
- Checking water control and visible leakage
- Booking scope: varies after inspection.
What's Not Included
- Supplying the valve or connection materials
- New pipe routes or concealed plumbing alterations
- Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
