Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

Checking the existing water, drainage and power points
Connecting the washing machine to suitable existing points
Checking visible leaks and basic installation operation
Booking scope: varies after inspection.

What's Not Included

New wiring, sockets or electrical circuits
Supplying the machine, hoses or replacement fittings
Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
