Starting price; agree a written quote after assessment and before work begins.

Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

What's Included

Assessing the commode position and existing connections
Fitting and connecting the commode within the approved scope
Checking flushing and visible connection leakage
Booking scope: varies after inspection.

What's Not Included

Supplying the commode or installation materials
Relocating drains or restoring tiles and flooring
Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
