Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
What's Included
- Checking the tank and suitable replacement mechanism
- Removing the old tank mechanism and fitting the replacement
- Checking refill, shut-off and flushing
- Booking scope: per tank.
What's Not Included
- Supplying the tank mechanism or fittings
- Replacing the commode or changing drain connections
- Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
