Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
What's Included
- Assessing the motor position and existing water connections
- Installing and connecting the motor within the approved scope
- Checking operation and visible connection leaks
- Booking scope: varies after inspection.
What's Not Included
- Supplying the motor or replacement pipe fittings
- New electrical circuits or major pipe alterations
- Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
