Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
What's Included
- Checking the shower's existing connection
- Removing the old Muslim shower and fitting its replacement
- Checking flow and visible leakage at the connection
- Booking scope: per shower.
What's Not Included
- Supplying the shower, hose or fittings
- Moving pipework or repairing tiles and walls
- Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
