Agree a written quotation after assessment and before work begins.

Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

What's Included

Reviewing each handyman task requested in the booking
Agreeing the tasks and quantities in an itemised quote
Completing and checking only the approved tasks
The work or assessment scope and any materials are agreed in a written quote before proceeding.

What's Not Included

Unlimited tasks or work not listed in the quote
Specialist gas, electrical or structural work outside the agreed scope
Work, equipment or materials not expressly listed in the approved quote.
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
