Agree a written quotation after assessment and before work begins.

Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

What's Included

Checking the furniture kit, instructions and available parts
Agreeing the assembly work in a written quote
Assembling and checking the furniture within the approved scope
The work or assessment scope and any materials are agreed in a written quote before proceeding.

What's Not Included

Supplying missing parts or repairing damaged kit components
Custom fabrication or wall mounting unless quoted
Work, equipment or materials not expressly listed in the approved quote.
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
