Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

Assessing the drawer and accessible runners or fittings
Repairing or adjusting it within the approved scope
Checking drawer opening and closing
Booking scope: varies after inspection.

What's Not Included

Supplying runners, handles or replacement panels
Furniture reconstruction, painting or polishing
Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
