Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

Checking the drawer and compatible lock
Fitting the drawer lock at the agreed position
Checking locking and drawer movement
Booking scope: per lock.

What's Not Included

Supplying the lock or drawer hardware
Drawer reconstruction or furniture refinishing
Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
