Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

What's Included

Checking the rod, fittings and agreed mounting position
Fitting the curtain rod to a suitable surface
Checking the mounted rod is secure
Booking scope: per rod.

What's Not Included

Supplying rods, brackets or curtains
Curtain alterations or repairing damaged walls
Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
