Service ID ELC-030

Agree a written quotation after assessment and before work begins.

Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

What's Included

Assessing the proposed sub-meter position and supply
Agreeing the meter and connection requirements in a written quote
Installing and checking the sub-meter within the approved scope
The work or assessment scope and any materials are agreed in a written quote before proceeding.

What's Not Included

Supplying the meter or cables unless listed in the quote
Utility approvals, tariff changes or utility-owned meter work
Work, equipment or materials not expressly listed in the approved quote.
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
