Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

Fitting and connecting the automatic switch within the approved scope
Checking the agreed switching operation
Booking scope: varies after inspection.

What's Not Included

Supplying the switch, sensors or wiring
Motor repair, tank cleaning or new plumbing
Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
