Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
What's Included
- Checking the socket and existing connection
- Replacing the socket at the agreed switchboard point
- Checking the fitted socket's basic operation
- Booking scope: per socket.
What's Not Included
- Supplying the socket or replacement switchboard
- New circuits or relocating the socket
- Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
