Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

Checking the switchboard and replacement button
Replacing the agreed switch button at the existing point
Checking the switch's basic operation
Booking scope: varies after inspection.

What's Not Included

Supplying the switch button or a complete switchboard
Rewiring circuits or repairing unrelated electrical faults
Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
