Agree a written quotation after assessment and before work begins.
Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
What's Included
- Discussing the property's camera coverage requirements
- Assessing proposed positions, routes and available connections
- Providing an itemised proposal for the CCTV system
- The work or assessment scope and any materials are agreed in a written quote before proceeding.
What's Not Included
- Installing cameras or cabling as part of the survey
- Supplying equipment or guaranteeing complete security coverage
- Work, equipment or materials not expressly listed in the approved quote.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
