Starting price; agree a written quote after assessment and before work begins.
Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
What's Included
- Checking the device position and available connections
- Fitting and configuring the attendance device within the approved scope
- Checking basic attendance capture
- Booking scope: varies after inspection.
What's Not Included
- Supplying the device or software licences
- Payroll integration, bulk user enrolment or ongoing administration
- Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
