Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
What's Included
- Assessing the doorbell position and available connections
- Fitting and configuring the video doorbell within the approved scope
- Checking its basic image and doorbell operation
- Booking scope: varies after inspection.
What's Not Included
- Supplying the doorbell, power unit or network equipment
- Paid cloud subscriptions or new wiring outside the quote
- Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
