Fixed price for the stated scope.
Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
What's Included
- Checking recorder compatibility and available internet access
- Configuring the agreed mobile viewing connection
- Checking live viewing on the customer's device
- Work is limited to the item or set described in this booking.
What's Not Included
- Supplying a phone, router or internet service
- Paid app subscriptions or wider network repairs
- Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
