Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
What's Included
- Assessing the agreed CCTV connection point and route
- Fitting cabling and conduit within the agreed point scope
- Checking the completed connection
- Booking scope: per point.
What's Not Included
- Supplying cable, conduit or connectors
- Wall chasing, underground routes or surface restoration
- Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
