Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
What's Included
- Assessing the existing CCTV supply and replacement requirements
- Replacing the agreed power supply within the approved scope
- Checking connected equipment's basic power operation
- Booking scope: varies after inspection.
What's Not Included
- Supplying the power unit or replacement components
- Camera, recorder or wider electrical repairs
- Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
