Fixed price per listed unit and scope — choose a quantity when booking.
Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
What's Included
- Checking the DVR and compatible replacement drive
- Removing the old drive and fitting the replacement
- Checking drive recognition and recording setup
- Booking scope: per drive.
What's Not Included
- Supplying the hard drive
- Recovering or transferring recordings from the old drive
- Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
