Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
What's Included
- Checking the camera's current image and position
- Cleaning accessible external camera surfaces
- Adjusting its aim and checking the resulting view
- Booking scope: per camera.
What's Not Included
- Internal camera repairs or lens replacement
- New mounting points or cable routes
- Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
