Fixed price per listed unit and scope — choose a quantity when booking.
Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
What's Included
- Checking the PTZ camera, mount and existing connections
- Mounting and configuring it within the agreed scope
- Checking image and basic pan, tilt and zoom controls
- Booking scope: per camera.
What's Not Included
- Supplying the camera, mount or cable
- New network infrastructure or structural mounting work
- Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
