Agree a written quotation after assessment and before work begins.

Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

Discussing the microwave's fault or operating symptoms
Assessing accessible controls and relevant components within the agreed scope
Explaining findings and quoting repair options
The work or assessment scope and any materials are agreed in a written quote before proceeding.

What's Not Included

Repairing or replacing microwave components unless quoted
Unrelated electrical supply repairs
Work, equipment or materials not expressly listed in the approved quote.
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
