Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

- Checking the oven range's condition and service needs
- Cleaning and servicing accessible components within the agreed scope
- Checking basic operation after servicing
- Booking scope: per oven.
What's Not Included
- Replacement components or major fault repairs
- New gas piping or electrical installation
- Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
