Service ID ACS-011

Agree a written quotation after assessment and before work begins.

Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

What's Included

Assessing the proposed AC pipe route and connection requirements
Agreeing pipe length, access and materials in a written quote
Fitting and checking piping within the approved scope
The work or assessment scope and any materials are agreed in a written quote before proceeding.

What's Not Included

AC servicing or unrelated electrical work
Wall restoration or additional pipe routes outside the quote
Work, equipment or materials not expressly listed in the approved quote.
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
