Agree a written quotation after assessment and before work begins.

Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

What's Included

Assessing the AC and confirming the recharge requirements
Identifying the suitable refrigerant and quantity in the quote
Recharging and checking operation within the approved quote
The work or assessment scope and any materials are agreed in a written quote before proceeding.

What's Not Included

Leak repairs not listed in the quote
Replacing the compressor, coils or other components
Work, equipment or materials not expressly listed in the approved quote.
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
