Agree a written quotation after assessment and before work begins.

Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

Discussing cooling loss and previous refrigerant issues
Assessing accessible refrigerant connections for possible leakage
Explaining findings and quoting the next diagnostic or repair steps
The work or assessment scope and any materials are agreed in a written quote before proceeding.

What's Not Included

Refrigerant recharge or leak repair unless quoted
Replacing coils, compressors or refrigerant piping
Work, equipment or materials not expressly listed in the approved quote.
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
