Agree a written quotation after assessment and before work begins.

Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

What's Included

Checking where water is collecting or escaping
Inspecting accessible drain connections and visible drainage paths
Explaining findings and quoting any corrective work
The work or assessment scope and any materials are agreed in a written quote before proceeding.

What's Not Included

Unblocking or replacing drains unless separately approved
Opening concealed pipework or repairing water-damaged surfaces
Work, equipment or materials not expressly listed in the approved quote.
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
