Fixed price per listed unit and scope — choose a quantity when booking.

Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.

What's Included

Checking access and the existing AC connections
Disconnecting and removing the AC from its mounts
Making the disconnected points safe within the agreed scope
Booking scope: per AC.

What's Not Included

Mounting or reconnecting the AC elsewhere
Transport, wall restoration or replacement piping
Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
