AC General Service
Service ID ACS-001
Fixed price per listed unit and scope — choose a quantity when booking.
Extras require written approval before they are undertaken. Workmanship on the agreed scope is covered for 15 days from customer acceptance across all trades, subject to the guarantee terms and exclusions.
What's Included
- Checking the AC's visible condition and reported performance
- Cleaning accessible filters and serviceable surfaces
- Checking operation after general servicing
- Booking scope: per AC, 1–2.5 ton.
What's Not Included
- Deep cleaning or dismantling beyond general service
- Refrigerant recharge, leak repair or replacement components
- Parts, replacement equipment and installation materials, unless separately agreed in writing.
- Additional tasks outside this booking; any extra work requires your approval of a written quote.
